On August 17, 2006, Milos Brajovic was appointed to the board of directors of Milacron Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Brajovic is a senior member of Glencore Finance AG, a Swiss based investment company, which owns 287,500 shares of the Company's 6% Series B Convertible Preferred Stock. The August 17, 2006 News Release of the Company is included herein as Exhibit 99.1.
