Item 8.01 Other Events.
In anticipation of the planned presentation by China Solar & Clean Energy Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) to a group of potential investors at Roth Capital Partners’ “China Comes to Phoenix Conference” (the “Conference”) in Phoenix, Arizona, on November 30, 2007, the Company is filing this Current Report on Form 8-K to disclose the presentation materials in order to avoid the selective disclosure of any material nonpublic information at the Conference.
