On February 10, 2009, at 10:55 a.m. Pacific time, Nu Horizons Electronics Corp. (the “Company”) participated in an investor conference. Information regarding access to the conference was previously announced in the Company’s press release issued on January 27, 2009. A replay of the investor conference will be accessible for a period of 60 days through a link under the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.nuhorizons.com, as previously announced in such press release. A transcript of the investor conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
