Item 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On May 10, 2004, Integral Systems, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the three and six months ended March 31, 2004 and a cash dividend of $.03 per share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
