On August 13, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a stock split of the Company’s common stock. The stock split will be effected in the form of a stock dividend, for which one share of common stock will be distributed for each share of common stock issued and outstanding to the holders as of the close of business on the record date of August 25, 2008.
A copy of the press release announcing the stock split is attached hereto and furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
