EXPLANATORY NOTE: The intended purpose of this 8-K/A is to change the title of the Officer signing this report from President and Chief Operating Officer to President and Chief Executive Officer.

(b) Effective April 12, 2019, Terrie McQuillen, a named executive officer of Community Bancorp. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Community National Bank (the “Bank”). Ms. McQuillen was Vice President of the Company and Sr. Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Bank.
