Item 8.01. Other Events
On April 1, 2020, due to mandated COVID-19 response measures the Board of Directors of Community Bancorp. voted to postpone to a date later to be determined, the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which had been scheduled to be held on May 19, 2020. The Company’s letter to shareholders notifying of the postponement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report, and incorporated herein by reference.
