On October 23, 2014, Arctic Cat Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release regarding the Registrant’s results of operations for the second quarter ended September 30, 2014. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
Item 8.01Other Events.
On October 23, 2014, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on December 12, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 28, 2014, subject to the continued ability of the Registrant to meet the standards for declaring dividends as provided in the Minnesota Business Corporation Act.
