Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Christiana Smith Shi has stepped down from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (the “Company”) effective July 22, 2019. Ms. Shi served as a valued member of the Board since May 31, 2017, and her decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company (as described in Item 5.02(a) of Form8-K). The Company thanks Ms. Smith Shi for her service.
