(b) On December 11, 2020, Jeffrey P. Julien, Executive Vice President - Finance, notified Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire as an executive officer of the Company and from membership on its Executive Committee, effective December 31, 2020. He will continue to serve on the board of Raymond James Bank and on several bank and corporate committees for a period of time.
