Item 8.01 Other Events
Raymond James is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our board member and colleague Bob Dutkowsky and extends its deepest sympathies to his family and the many people who knew him, worked with him and benefited from his generosity. Bob’s thoughtful, people-oriented approach not only informed his work, it made him a treasured friend. He had served on our Board of Directors since 2018, and his dedication to the firm and unwavering support for each of us made him an integral part of the Raymond James family. He will be deeply missed.
