RAYMOND JAMES ANNOUNCES PRICING
OF REOPENING OF 4.950% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2046
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Raymond James Financial, Inc.(NYSE-RJF) (“Raymond James”) today announced the pricing of its previously announced registered underwritten public offering of $500,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% senior notes due 2046 (the “Notes”) at a public offering price of 102.701% of the principal amount, plus accrued interest from January 15, 2017. The offering is a reopening of the series. The Notes will be consolidated, form a single series, and be fully fungible with Raymond James’ $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.950% senior notes issued on July 12, 2016. Raymond James will pay interest on the Notes semi-annually on January 15 and July 15 of each year and at maturity. The initial interest payment on the 4.950% senior notes was made on January 15, 2017 and the next interest payment will be made on July 15, 2017. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
