(b) On November 26, 2007, Ciprico Inc. announced that Thomas Marmen, age 64, was appointed to its board of directors effective November 20, 2007. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated in this Report as if fully set forth herein. At this time, the board of directors has not determined board committee memberships for Mr. Marmen.
