Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 28, 2016,the Company’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to elect Larry S. Boulet as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Boulet has served as a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company since 2007. The knowledge that Mr. Boulet has gained from his tenure on the Company’s Board of Directors will be a valuable asset in helping to build and lead the Company’s strategy for growth. Mr. Boulet also provides our Board of Directors with insight and perspective on accounting and financial matters, stemming from his extensive experience as an audit partner.
