The Combined Meeting of Shareholders of the AMG Funds will be held on October 10, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. Eastern time at the offices of AMG Funds LLC (the “Investment Manager”), 680 Washington Boulevard, Suite 500, Stamford, Connecticut 06901. We recently sent you proxy materials for the Special Meeting and are writing to remind you that your proxy vote is very important. We must receive your vote response to proceed with the important business of the Funds. To date, the Funds have not received the minimum number of shareholder votes required by law to proceed with its important proposals.
