Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 27, 2010, the Company filed a new trademark application with the US Patent and Trademark Office for the “BLACK OPS” mark.
The Trademark Office has assigned serial number 85/024032. The management cannot comment, at this time, as to the purpose or use of this Trademark subject to the Trademark Office approval and/or comments.
