In our opinion, the balance sheets and the related statements of income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Alba Plant LLC (the “Company”) at December 31, 2009 and 2008, and the results of its operations and its cash flows for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2009 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. These financial statements are the responsibility of the Company’s management. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audits.
