Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 26, 2019, Immunomedics, Inc. (the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted for filing the Company’s resubmission of its Biologics License Application seeking accelerated approval of sacituzumab govitecan for the treatment of patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer who have received at least two prior therapies for metastatic disease.
