On March 2, 2004, WorldCom, Inc., d/b/a MCI (the “Company”) issued a press release reacting to the ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) “Triennial Review” local telephone competition order.
