On June 29, 2022, Franklin Financial Services Corporation (the “Corporation”), issued a press release announcing that the Corporation released its 2022 Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) report. The ESG report is posted on the Corporation’s website. The press release and the ESG report are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
