Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 10, 2024, 22,059 shares of common stock reported by Mr. Kerlin as indirectly held in a family trust were transferred to his mother's estate, and on October 29, 2024, 7,567 shares of common stock reported by Mr. Kerlin as indirectly held as power of attorney for his mother were transferred to his mother's estate. The shares reported above were subsequently distributed from his mother's estate on the dates indicated.
