ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS
In a press release issued on February 16, 2012, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has increased the Company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.06 per share from the previous level of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2012. The Company also announced it has expanded the Company's existing stock repurchase program by increasing the authorization to repurchase an additional 3.6 million or 10% of the currently outstanding shares.
