Annually, the Company determines the company-wide performance measures that comprise the annual incentive bonus based on the Company’s strategic objectives for that year. These company-wide performance measures may vary from year to year. They are internal performance measures that are used by the Company solely to determine annual incentive bonuses and they generally are not disclosed in the Company’s financial external reporting.
