After careful consideration, the Invesco Funds Board of Trustees has approved reorganizations of our U.S. mutual fund lineup — pending shareholder approval — to reduce overlap and enhance efficiency across our product offerings. Proxy statements outlining the proposals will be mailed to shareholders of record in January 2012. The record date for the proxy was Jan. 4, 2012.

In support of this initiative, the proxy solicitor, Computershare Fund Services, may contact shareholders of the affected funds by telephone and/or mail and encourage them to vote their shares. The chart below identifies the funds involved in the reorganizations.
