On June 25, 2007, J. Christopher Reyes provided Tribune Company with written notice of his decision to resign as a Tribune Company director following the July 18, 2007 Board of Directors meeting for personal business considerations and commitments. Mr. Reyes, 53, has served as a Tribune Company director since 2005 and is presently a member of the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees of the Board of Directors.
A copy of the press release announcing the resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
