On July 16, 2013, Realty Income Corporation (the “Company”) closed its offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.650% Notes due 2023 pursuant to a purchase agreement dated July 9, 2013 entered into by and between the Company and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as representatives of the underwriters.
