Item 5.05. Amendment to Registrant’s Code of Ethics, or Waiver of a Provision of the Code of Ethics.
On November 10, 2010, the Board of Directors of Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Enzon”) approved amendments to Enzon’s Code of Conduct (the “Code of Conduct”) that were administrative in nature and designed to reflect Enzon’s current business operations.
