Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (“Pinnacle West”) is participating in the Edison Electric Institute (“EEI”) Financial Conference on November 1 — 4, 2009. During the conference, we will be meeting with members of the investment community and utilizing slide handouts during those meetings.
