Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On August 8, 2013, Parkway Properties LP, a subsidiary of Parkway Properties, Inc., entered into the third amendment to the limited partnership agreement of Parkway Properties Office Fund II, L.P. (the “Fund II Amendment”), which extended the investment period and expanded the investment guidelines of Parkway Properties Office Fund II, L.P. solely for the purpose of authorizing the purchase of a parcel of unimproved real property in Tempe, Arizona.
