Bel Fuse Inc. announced the promotion of Lynn Hutkin as Vice President of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations, Joe Berry as Vice President of Magnetic Solutions and as previously announced, Kenneth Lai as Vice President of Asia Operations, each effective as of January 1, 2023. A copy of Bel’s press release dated January 3, 2023 announcing the promotions is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
