Basis of Presentation and Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block]	1. BASIS OF PRESENTATION AND ACCOUNTING POLICIES The condensed consolidated balance sheets and statements of operations, comprehensive income, stockholders’ equity and cash flows for the periods presented herein have been prepared by the Company and are unaudited. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (consisting solely of normal recurring adjustments) necessary to present fairly the consolidated financial position, results of operations and cash flows for all periods presented have been made.
