On October 25, 2019, CalAmp Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing that the Company, in privately-negotiated transactions, repurchased $84.9 million in aggregate principal amount of its 1.625% Convertible Senior Notes due in May 2020 with cash on hand.
