DeVry Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend
OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 2009--DeVry Inc. (NYSE:DV), a global provider of education services, announced today that its board of directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.08 per share, payable on July 9, 2009, to common stockholders of record as of June 16, 2009.
