Item 8.01 Other Events
DeVry Inc. announced today that it has been informed by the U.S. Department of Education that the Department intends to conduct an onsite program review of Carrington College’s administration of federal student financial aid (Title IV) programs in which it participates. The review is scheduled to commence on February 14, 2011, and will cover the 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 award years.
