Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
Steven M. Altschuler notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Adtalem Global Education Inc. (“Adtalem”) of his resignation from the Board and the committees on which he served, effective May 6, 2020. Mr. Altschuler’s resignation did not involve any disputes or conflicts with management or with the Board.
In connection with the foregoing, the Board of Directors will decrease the size of the Board from ten to nine.
