On November 16 and 17, 2010, Brian Bird, vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, and Daniel Rausch, director - investor relations, of NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy (NYSE: NWE) (the “Company”), will be in Boston and at the KeyBanc Capital Markets Utilities Conference in New York (the “Conference”), presenting certain information concerning the Company in a slide presentation to analysts and current and potential investors. The presentation the Company is giving at the Conference and to investors and analysts is the same presentation furnished by the Company on Form 8-K on November 1, 2010, and given at the 45th Edison Electric Institute Financial Conference in Palm Desert, California.
A copy of the slide presentation is being furnished pursuant to Regulation FD as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
