United Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend Payment by 10.0% to $0.11 per Common Share Producing a Forward Yield of 4.40%
MARTINS FERRY, OHIO¿¿¿ On August 17, 2016, the Board of Directors of United Bancorp, Inc. (UBCP) increased the third quarter cash dividend payment to $0.11 per common share from the previous quarterly cash dividend rate of $0.10 per common share, a 10.0% increase. This increased cash dividend is a reflection of UBCP’s positive trend in core earnings, robust capital levels and goal of handsomely rewarding its shareholders by paying a solid cash dividend. This third quarter dividend payment will be for shareholders of record on September 9, 2016, payable on September 20, 2016, and produces a forward yield of 4.40%.
