Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 22, 2006, Silverado Green Fuel Inc. (the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, issued a press release (the “Press Release”) referencing published articles that provide additional details with respect to the Memorandum of Understanding by and between the Company and the State of Mississippi to build the first low-rank coal-water fuel facility in the United States, announced on December 18, 2006.
