The Investor Guide is a compilation of financial and operating data, financial metrics and other information about Entergy and its subsidiaries. The Investor Guide is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished, not filed, pursuant to Regulation FD.
