1. Restricted stock awarded to the reporting person pursuant to the 2021 Intrusion, Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan as part of the Issuer's Compensation Package for non-employee directors. Restricted stock fully vests on the anniversary of the award date.

2. 15,887 options were granted to the Reporting Person pursuant to the Intrusion Inc. 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan with all 15,887 options vesting on 5/16/24.
