On January 16, 2003, CNB Financial Corporation announced fourth quarter and annual earnings. The Corporation reported fourth quarter earnings of $2.4 million or $0.64 per share for the fourth quarter of 2002, an increase of 25% over the fourth quarter of 2001. For the year, the Corporation had net income of $8.7 million or $2.38 per share in 2002, representing an increase of 33% over 2001.
