LORAIN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 19, 2013--The Board of Directors of LNB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: LNBB) has declared a fourth quarter 2013 cash dividend of $.01 a share, payable on January 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on December 2, 2013.
