ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On November 27, 2007, Valentec Systems Inc announced that they have responded to the State of Louisiana’s suit by denying the state’s allegations of negligence on the part of Valentec’ and has filed its own suit by way of reconventional demand. The State of Louisiana filed suit against the company and its insurer, seeking recovery for damages to Camp Minden experienced in the August 14, 2006 fire at Valentec Systems Inc. 40mm production facility. Valentec believes that they will be successful in their reconventional demand against the State of Louisiana..
