VENTAS DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND OF $0.5125 PER SHARE
CHICAGO, IL (September 8, 2008) – Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) (“Ventas” or the “Company”) said today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.5125 per share, payable in cash on September 30, 2008 to stockholders of record on September 19, 2008. The dividend is the third quarterly installment of the Company’s 2008 annual dividend.
