On April 27, 2022, Susan R. Ralston notified Old Point Financial Corporation (the “Company”) of her decision to resign as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of The Old Point National Bank of Phoebus (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly-owned national bank subsidiary. The Company expects that Ms. Ralston’s resignation will be effective on or about June 3, 2022 and intends to commence a search for Ms. Ralston’s replacement. The Company thanks Ms. Ralston for her dedication and contributions to the Company and the Bank; she has been a valuable force in the Company’s journey over the last two years and will be missed.
