As you may know, a Special Meeting of Shareholders has been called for Morgan Stanley Institutional Fund Trust – Short Duration Income Portfolio (the “Fund”) which is scheduled to be held on March 15, 2024 at 11:30 am Eastern Time at the offices of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Inc. located at 1585 Broadway, 27th floor – Room I, New York, NY 10036, and any adjournments or postponements thereof (the "Meeting").
