TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THOMAS G. ARCHBOLD RESIGNATION
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, June 16, 2010 -- Technology Research Corporation (“TRC” or the “Company”), (NASDAQ-TRCI), announced today that Thomas G. Archbold intends to resign from his position as TRC’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer on June 24, 2010. TRC announced it has commenced a search for a replacement for Mr. Archbold. Owen Farren, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer until a successor is appointed.
