Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 9, 2021 Invacare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release in which it announced that it will present at an investor conference on September 9, 2021. The press release also, among other things, provided a business update. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
In connection with its participation in the investor conference and in contemporaneous meetings with individual investors, on September 9, 2021, the Company posted an updated investor presentation on the Company's website at www.invacare.com/investorrelations. The updated investor presentation contains, among other things, information regarding the historical performance of the Company's operating segments and the Company's long-term value creation potential. The content of the Company's website is not incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K.
