Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 15, 2023, Invacare Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2023. The press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
The press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 contains certain non-GAAP financial measures, which are further described therein. In the press release, the Company has provided a reconciliation of the non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measure.
