Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On June 2, 2016, US Ecology, Inc., (the "Company") announced in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report that it has authorized a program to repurchase up to $25 million worth of shares of its common stock. The program will remain in effect until June 2, 2018, unless extended by the Board of Directors of the Company.
